This is how you find your model- / serial number

When it comes to basin mixers you can find the model- / serial number under the spout. For the shower and bath mixers (exposed installation) you will find it on the left backside (front view). For the single lever bath mixers and thermostatic bath mixers (concealed installation) the model- / serial number is placed at the bottom of the escutcheon (front view). The 3-hole basin mixers and single lever basin mixer for concealed installation, as well as the freestanding bath mixer, have the model- / serial number placed under the spout. Furthermore, the model-/ serial number can be found on the packaging's product label.
